Megan Fox Is Pregnant with Baby No. 4, Her First with Fiancé Machine Gun Kelly
Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly are expanding their family! The 38-year-old actress and her 34-year-old rocker fiancé are expecting their first child together, as revealed by Fox on Instagram on Monday, November 11. In her post, Fox is seen cradling her baby bump while covered in black liquid and tagged Kelly in the image. She also shared a photo of herself holding a positive pregnancy test. Her caption, “Nothing is ever really lost. welcome back 👼🏼❤️,” references lyrics from Kelly’s song “last november,” which touches on their previous experience with pregnancy loss.
This baby will be Fox’s fourth child and Kelly’s second. Fox shares three sons—Noah, 12, Bodhi, 10, and Journey, 8—with her ex-husband Brian Austin Green. Kelly, whose real name is Colson Baker, is father to a 15-year-old daughter, Casie.
The couple first met on the set of *Midnight in the Switchgrass* in March 2020 and went public with their relationship shortly afterward, following Fox’s appearance in Kelly’s “Bloody Valentine” music video in May 2020. Their relationship became public just days after Fox and Green confirmed their split after nearly a decade of marriage.
In January 2022, Fox announced their engagement with a heartfelt Instagram post, sharing a video of Kelly proposing under a banyan tree that holds special significance in their relationship. Fox reflected on their journey, writing, “In July of 2020 we sat under this banyan tree. We asked for magic… A year and a half later, having walked through hell together and having laughed more than I ever imagined possible, he asked me to marry him.” She concluded with, “And just as in every lifetime before this one, and as in every lifetime that will follow it, I said yes.…and then we drank each other’s blood.”
Fox previously hinted at expanding their family during the 2021 MTV Video Music Awards, when she and Kourtney Kardashian introduced Kelly and Kardashian’s husband, Travis Barker, as their “future baby daddies.”
In November 2023, Fox opened up about a miscarriage she experienced, sharing the deeply emotional journey in two poems featured in her book *Pretty Boys Are Poisonous*. In a sit-down interview with *Good Morning America*, she discussed the experience alongside Kelly, saying, “I’ve never been through anything like that in my life… It was very difficult for both of us.” Fox reflected on an ultrasound of a baby girl at 10 weeks and described her grief and pain, writing lines such as, “maybe if you hadn’t… maybe if I had…” and expressing her longing and sorrow through poignant verses about imagining holding her baby and having to let go.
