Author Ashley St. Clair Says She Gave Birth to Elon Musk's 13th Child 5 Months Ago

Elon Musk welcomed his thirteenth child five months ago, as shared by author Ashley St. Clair on Friday, February 14. St. Clair revealed on X that Musk, 53, is the father of her child, marking the first public disclosure of the baby’s arrival.

In her post, St. Clair explained that she had kept the news private to protect her child's safety and privacy. She added that recent media attention had made it clear that tabloids intended to report on it, despite the potential harm. St. Clair expressed her desire to let their child grow up in a normal, safe environment and requested that the media respect their privacy.

St. Clair, an outspoken supporter of conservative values, is known for her children's book Elephants Are Not Birds, published by BRAVE Books, which teaches Christian and conservative principles.

Musk, who has fathered numerous children, has Nevada, Vivian, Griffin, Kai, Saxon, Damian, X Æ A-12, Exa, Strider, Azure, Techno, and his newest child. His journey into fatherhood began in 2002 with his late son, Nevada Alexander, with his first wife, Canadian author Justine Wilson. He later had twins Vivian and Griffin, and triplets Kai, Saxon, and Damian, with Wilson. Musk shares two children with musician Grimes: X Æ A-12 and Exa Dark Sideræl, and two others, Strider and Azure, with Shivon Zilis, a Neuralink executive. Musk’s youngest child, born in early 2024, has not yet been publicly named.

Representatives for Musk or St. Clair have not commented further on the announcement.
