ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. — Jacksonville Jaguars coach Doug Pederson isn’t ruling out any changes following his team’s 0-3 start to the season—potentially even at quarterback.

"There have to be changes, whether it’s play design, personnel, everything," Pederson said after Monday night’s 47-10 blowout loss to the Buffalo Bills at Highmark Stadium. "Everything’s on the table. These are all things I have to evaluate as a coach, and we have to address as a staff."

When asked specifically about changes to the starting lineup, including the possibility of benching quarterback Trevor Lawrence, Pederson was noncommittal.

"You say everything’s on the table, but we’ve got to look at injuries, too," he explained. "We had some guys go down tonight. Could there be moves because of injuries? Maybe. Could it be due to performance? That’s something we’ll evaluate going forward."

The Jaguars (0-3) have struggled offensively since the opening half of their season opener against Miami. Over their last 10 quarters, they’ve scored just 23 points and converted only 5 of 27 third downs.

Lawrence’s performance has been underwhelming. Over that span, he’s completed just 47.5% of his passes for 432 yards, one touchdown, and one interception while being sacked 10 times. Against Buffalo, Lawrence went 21-of-38 for 178 yards, one touchdown, and one interception. It marked his eighth straight loss as a starter, and he hasn't won a game in nearly a year, with his last victory coming in Week 12 of the previous season against Houston.

"The NFL is tough—the quarterback has to play well every week to give the team a chance to win, and I haven’t done that consistently enough," Lawrence admitted. "I take that on myself and know I have to play better."

Pederson, however, didn’t single out Lawrence when asked if the quarterback needs to improve. "I need everybody to coach and play better. Let’s leave it at that," he said.

But Lawrence isn’t the only issue for the Jaguars. The defense had a disastrous first half against the Bills, giving up 34 points—the most allowed in a single half in franchise history. Buffalo quarterback Josh Allen shredded the defense, throwing for 247 yards and four touchdowns in the opening half. Already missing key starters in the secondary—cornerback Tyson Campbell and nickelback Darnell Savage—the Jaguars also lost nickelback Jarrian Jones to a shoulder injury and linebacker Foyesade Oluokun to a foot injury during the game.

On offense, injuries piled up as well. Right tackle Anton Harrison exited with a knee injury, and receiver Gabe Davis left with a shoulder injury.

Pederson acknowledged the Jaguars’ current predicament but seemed at a loss for immediate solutions.

"This is who we are right now, and it’s not good," he said. "We’ve got to be honest with ourselves. I’ve got to keep working at it and figure out how to get more out of these guys. It’s not about practicing harder or longer. It’s about leadership during games and how we address the team. Those are the things I’ve got to figure out."

To add to their difficult night, the Jaguars faced further frustration as their team charter encountered mechanical issues, delaying their departure from Highmark Stadium. As of 1 a.m. ET, the team had not yet left the stadium, according to a team spokesperson.
